SB 11, 31st 3rd C.S.

Relating to amending an Act, providing a method by which counties may acquire land upon which to construct and maintain causeways, viaducts, bridges and approaches, by condemnation, and by grant from cities and counties of the right to use streets, alleys, public highways and public grounds, and to authorize counties to construct said causeways, viaducts, bridges and approaches across the lines of railway, telegraph and telephone corporations, and the method thereof.
