SB 7, 31st 4th C.S.
Relating to providing conditions upon which insurance companies writing contracts or policies of insurance against the hazard of fire may transact business in the State of Texas, and providing for the making, promulgation, regulation, and control of general basis schedules, insurance rates and premiums and forms of insurance policies; appropriating money necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act; providing penalties for the violation of certain provisions of this Act.
