Relating to validating the issuance of $25,000 of road bonds in Road District No. 2 of Caldwell county, Texas, and to authorize the Commissioners Court of said county to pay out any interest and sinking fund collected for $40,000.00 road bonds of said district heretofore voted and held to be illegal by the Attorney General.
