Relating to ratifying and confirming an ordinance passed by the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Galveston on the 19th day of January, 1911, vacating that portion of Eighth street, between Avenue A and Avenue B in the City of Galveston, to be used for hospital purposes as a part of the John Sealy Hospital, and closing that portion of Eighth street as a public street.
