Relating to providing for the maintenance of a co-operative agricultural experimental station for the experimental culture of tobacco and other farm products, to be operated under the direction of the United States Department of Agriculture, and the State Director of the Experimental Stations; to provide for the employment of an additional expert, to be located in the Seventeenth Representative District, and making the necessary appropriation therefor.
