Relating to creating the Garland Independent School District in Dallas county, Texas, so as to include the territory situated within the bounds of the town of Garland in the county of Dallas and State of Texas, and other lands and territory adjacent thereto, providing for the election of a Board of Trustees to manage and control the public free schools within said district and for the continuance in office of certain trustees until said election; prescribing limitations.
