Relating to authorizing and permitting the Crosbyton Independent School District to increase its territory and to incorporate the whole thereof as an independent school district for free school purposes only, to be known as the Crosbyton Independent School District, with all the powers, rights and duties of independent school districts formed by incorporation of towns and villages for free school purposes only.
