Relating to amending the charter of the City of Gainesville, by authorizing the city of Gainesville to require railway companies and interurban companies operating trains or cars on tracks crossing the streets of the city of Gainesville, to maintain flagmen or safety gates at such crossings or to construct and maintain safety gates at such crossings, or other suitable appliances.
