Relating to constituting McLennan county the Nineteenth, Seventy-fourth and McLennan county and Falls county the Fifty-fourth Judicial Districts; providing for the present judges of the Nineteenth and Fifty-fourth Judicial Districts to continue to hold their offices for the terms for which they were elected, the appointment of a suitable person by the Governor as judge of the Seventy-fourth Judicial District to hold until the next general election.
