SB 269, 34th R.S.

Relating to providing that all expenditures for the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas may be made by order of the Board of Directors of said College, to be paid on warrants from the Comptroller on vouchers approved by the President of said board, or by some other officer or officers of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas, designated by him in writing to the Comptroller.
