Relating to amending a certain Statute relating to private corporations, providing for the creation of corporations for the design, purchase and sale of steel and iron and other metal products, and the manufacture of any or all of such products, and for the design, sale, construction and erection of engineering and architectural structures and contracting for the construction and erection of such structures.
