Relating to accepting the benefits of a Act passed by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled for the promotion of vocational education; making an appropriation of $62,150.00 or so much thereof as may be necessary for the scholastic year 1917-18, and an appropriation of $91,105.00, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the scholastic year 1917-18.
