HB 50, 35th 3rd C.S.

Relating to repealing "An act to establish a branch of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas in that portion of western Texas, lying west of the ninety-eighth meridian and North of the 29th parallel," providing that all acts done, contracts or agreements that may have been entered into by the State of Texas or by any of its officers, agents or employees, and all appropriations made, are each and all hereby canceled and annulled.
