SB 16, 35th 3rd C.S.

Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, Texas, to provide a building in the City of Dallas at or near the court house in said county and to establish therein a Womans Rest Room or Rest Rooms of sufficient dimensions for the comfort and convenience of the women and children from the rural districts who are called up to attend court, or to visit the county site.
