HB 87, 36th R.S.
Relating to amending certain laws relating to process and returns by providing that in citations by publications it shall not be necessary to state in the citation the details and particulars of the cause of action, and providing that in such suits against unknown heirs involving land it shall be sufficient in making the brief statement of the cause of action in such citations to state the kind of suit, the number of acres of land involved in the suit, the survey on which the land is situated and the county in which said land is situated.
