HB 255, 36th R.S.
Relating to amending an act to regulate the sale of cocaine and other drugs; regulating the issuance of prescriptions for such drugs; requiring persons selling such drugs upon prescriptions to file same; prohibiting fraudulent representation, and providing that nothing in this act shall prevent the sale of certain proprietary preparations containing not more than two grains of opium, one-eighth grain of morphine, two grains of chloral hydrate and one-sixteenth grain of cocaine, in one fluid ounce, and providing penalties for the violation thereof.
