HB 571, 37th R.S.

Relating to providing for a board of permanent road commissioners for any political sub-division or defined district of Denton County, Texas, to have charge of the expenditure of the proceeds of any road bonds hereafter voted by such political sub-division or defined district, and the construction of roads or highways with such proceeds, in connection with the county commissioner of said political sub-division or defined district.
