HB 255, 39th R.S.

Relating to repealing certain act creating a more efficient road system for Madison County, providing that nothing herein shall impair or effect in any wise road bonds heretofore issued by said Madison county or any subdivision thereof under the special road law of said county or otherwise, and that nothing herein shall affect or impair any existing contract executed or entered into by the commissioners court of Madison county pursuant to the special road law hereby repealed.
