Relating to establishing a system of public roads and bridges for Denton County and empowering the commissioners court thereof to provide rules and regulations therefor, and a system for the construction of such road and bridge, the maintenance and repair thereof, and condemning private property for such purposes; prescribing penalties for the violation of this act, and repealing all laws in conflict with the provisions hereof.
