Relating to creating the Red River Common School District No. 116 in Bell County, Texas, fixing its boundaries by metes and bounds, dissolving and abolishing the old Cyclone School District No. 9, and out of a part of same by this special act creating and establishing the said Red Ranger Common School District No. 116, situated in said county of Bell; providing for the payment of any indebtedness and bonds.
