Relating to creating the Tavener Independent School District in Fort Bend County, Texas; defining its boundaries; providing for a board of trustees in said independent district and conferring upon aid district and its privileges and duties now conferred and imposed by the General Laws of the State upon independent school districts and the board of trustees thereof.
