Relating to authorizing the State Board of Control to negotiate for the purchase of the Tribune Building in the City of Austin; appropriating the sum of three million ($3,000,000.00) Dollars out of the General Revenue Fund for the fiscal year ending August 31, for the purpose of constructing a state office building and prescribing the location and title of said building, and providing for how said building shall be arranged and built and who shall occupy it, and providing that all contracts shall be let by the State Board of Control.
