SB 182, 49th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Acts so as to provide that in all counties now or hereafter having the office of County Superintendent where the scholastic population, according to the last preceding scholastic census, in less than three thousand (3,000) but more than two thousand (2,000), that the office shall continue until a majority of the voters at an election shall vote to abolish such office..
