Relating to authorizing the State Board of Control to negotiate for the purchase of the Tribune Building, the real estate on which it is located, and all lands pertaining thereto, or used in connection therewith, in the City of Austin, Travis County, Texas; appropriating eight hundred forty-seven thousand dollars or as much thereof as may be necessary for the purchase of said building, real estate and lands; appropriating an additional ten thousand dollars for the biennium beginning September 1, 21945 to cover maintenance and other miscellaneous items.
