Relating to amending certain Acts by providing for the recovery of funds from recipients or from the estate of deceased recipients for funds granted recipients in the form of old age assistance, aid to the needy blind, or aid to dependent children, if assistance was obtained by reason of the concealment of resources, or their failure to advise the Department of the receipt of resources; providing for the method of enforcement; providing a penalty; providing a saving clause.
