Proposing an amendment to Art. 6 of the Constitution of the State of Texas by amending Sec.2, of Art. 6, by providing for the payment of poll taxes before the first day of June next preceding an election, and otherwise adopting all other existing provision of said Sec. 2, Art.6, of said Constitution.
