HB 31, 49th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing that whenever any property of an estate is ordered to be sold, and a bound made by the executor or administrator therefor, that same be in an amount equal to the value totally received by said estate from said sale, if the surety of said bond is a domestic or foreign corporation permitted to do business in this State.
