HB 388, 49th R.S.
Relating to making it unlawful for any city, however incorporated, and any state agency created under Section 59, Article XVI, Constitution of Texas, to pay any person, firm, corporation or association of persons, and for any person, firm, corporation or association of persons to receive, accept or appropriate to his or their own use and benefit, any money or thing of value as a fee, bonus, brokerage or commission for the purchase or acquisition of any property, whether real, personal or mixed; providing penalties for the violation hereof; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
