Relating to amending certain Acts and providing for the creation of a Juvenile Board in counties of this State having a population of 60,001 and not more than 100,000 inhabitants, according to the preceding Federal Census, and containing a city of not less than 25,000 inhabitants, according to the preceding Federal Census, prescribing the duties and powers of such Board.
