Relating to making an appropriation to be paid out of the General Revenue Fund of the State of Texas of the sum of Forty Thousand, Six Hundred Thirty-two Dollars and Eleven cents ($40,632.11) not otherwise appropriated, to cover the payment of taxes on State Prison Farm lands located in Fort Bend, Brazoria, and Walker Counties now due and unpaid, exclusive of penalties and interest, by the State of Texas to said Counties and to the Independent School Districts in which said lands are located, for certain years.
