HB 520, 49th R.S.
Relating to providing that all Notary Fees collected by any Notary Pubic who is also one of the public officials named in Chapter 465, Acts of the 44th Legislature, Second Called Session, as amended, shall be deemed and accounted for as fees of office and shall be deposited in the Officers' Salary Fund of his respective County, where said public official receives an annual salary as compensation for his official services.
