HB 23, 48th R.S.
Relating to providing that any person who shall willfully and lewdly assault or commit any lewd or lascivious act upon the body, or any member of the body, of any minor by the use of the hand, or otherwise, or who shall voluntarily permit the use of his own privates in a lewd or lascivious manner by any minor shall be guilty of a felony; and prescribing the punishment therefor by confinement in the penitentiary not less than two years nor more than fifteen years.
