HB 260, 48th R.S.
Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court in each County in this State having a population of not less than eighteen thousand, four hundred and forty-four (18,444) and not more than eighteen thousand, five hundred (18,500), and Counties having a population of not less than twelve thousand, three hundred and forty-four (12,344) nor more than twelve thousand, four hundred (12,400), and Counties having a population of not less than six thousand, two hundred and five (6,205) and not more than six thousand, two hundred and fifteen (6,215), according to the last preceding Federal Census, to allow each County Commissioner certain expenses for traveling and in connection with the use of his automobile on official business only and/or in overseeing the constriction and maintenance of the public roads of the County, to be paid out of the Road and Bridge Fund of the respective Commissioner's precinct.
