Relating to protecting the public health by regulating the sale, distribution or possession of, and to require the enrichment of oleomargarine by the addition of vitamins; specifying ingredients and authorizing the State Health Officer to change or add to the specifications; fixing active enforcement date of this Act, and to fix penalties for the violation of same.
