HB 339, 48th R.S.
Relating to providing that all persons who have enrolled in state institutions of higher learning that are supported in full or in part by public funds, and who are called into the armed forces of the United States of American and auxiliaries thereto or the armed forces reserves of the United States of America and auxiliaries thereto shall be refunded the unused portion of any fees or monies paid for admission and tuition, and repealing all laws in conflict therewith.
