Relating to removing and clearing any cloud from the title and correct any errors in a deed to approximately six (6) acres of land located in Commanche County, Texas, and to validate a conveyance of said land by deed signed by G.F. Gilman and wife, Queen Gilman, to the County Judge of Commanche County, Texas, and his successors, dated the Ninth of August, 1912, and filed for record in the deed records of Commanche County, Texas, on September 9, 1912.
