HB 555, 48th R.S.
Relating to amending the "Lower Colorado River Authority Act" by adding a new section to provide that the term of office of any member of the Board of Directors of the Lower Colorado River Authority failing to attend four consecutive meetings, including one regular meeting, or changing his occupational address to any point outside the State of Texas, shall thereby automatically terminate and create a vacancy in said Board of Directors, and to which vacancy the director so forfeiting his office shall not be eligible for reappointment within a period of three (3) years from date of forfeiture.
