Relating to amending certain Statutes prescribing and regulating the circumstances in, and conditions upon, which fire, marine, and inland insurance companies organized under the laws of this State may acquire, own, use and convey, and must convey, real estate and interests in real estate and liens on real estate; providing for escheat for violation; providing for severability.
