HB 609, 48th R.S.
Relating to providing that every agency of this State heretofore or hereafter created by the Legislature to carry out the purposes of the conservation amendment to the Constitution of Texas shall pay to the General Fund of the State of Texas one-half of the net profits of such agencies each year not later than Sept. 1st.
