SB 69, 38th 2nd C.S.

Relating to providing that, where the State of Texas, through the Game, Fish and Oyster Commssioner, has issued a permit to excavate and take from any body of water in the State, at the request of the permit holder, shall have the right and power to condemn land for the purpose of erecting dredges and necessary equipments, railroad spurs, and opening of roads and passage ways to said place of operations.
