Relating to amending certain Statutes by fixing the compensation of the first assistant or chief deputy sheriff and other deputy sheriffs in Counties where the population is not less than fifteen thousand (15,000) and not more fifteen thousand one hundred (15,100) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census.
