SB 271, 48th R.S.
Relating to providing when there is any surplus remaining after the principal and the interest is fully paid on road bonds it may be used by the County Political Subdivision of the County or any Local District that has been or may hereafter be created for the purpose of construction, maintenance, and operation of certain roads and turnpikes or in the aid thereof as may be determined by the Commissioners Court.
