HB 132, 47th R.S.
Relative to providing further safeguards for public educational funds; providing for the filing of affidavits swearing allegiance to the United States of America; pledging support and defense of the Constitution; providing any teachers or instructors in tax-supported schools, colleges, or universities in this State who shall expound doctrines which are in any way inimical to the Constitution of the United States to be dismissed from such service.
