HB 41, 47th R.S.
Relating to providing that there shall hereafter be paid out of the revenue of this State, on the last day of each month, to each bona fide citizen of this State over the age of sixty five years the sum of fifteen dollars per month as an old age pension; assigning the State Department of Welfare, County Judges, and Commissioners' Court as administrators and defining their duties.
