Relating to requiring applicants for registration of vehicles subject to registration by law to present to the County Tax Collector a statement showing certain information by which such vehicles were taxable for the preceding year; making it unlawful for the Highway Department or any Tax Collector to issue or cause to be issued registration receipt or license plate, providing for a penalty for any violation of any provision of this Act.
