Relating to granting aid to certain school districts in Palo Pinto County and Stephens County, Texas, made necessary by the inundation of taxable land by the damming of the Brazos River with the Possum Kingdom Dam in Palo Pinto County limiting the number of years for said grant for said school districts; granting and donating for a period of years to said school districts of the State ad valorem taxes levied and collected on property in said counties in accordance with taxes lost through inundation of taxable property.
