Relating to the creation of a State Board of Agriculture and providing for the election and term of office of the members of said Board by convention; authorizing the State Board of Agriculture to make rules and regulations concerning bag limits, possession, time of year and method of killing and catching game fish, birds and animals; providing a penalty for those who violate said rules and regulation and making it a misdemeanor for those convicted of such violation.
