Relating to amending a certain Act making it unlawful for any dentist to obtain business in connection with the practice of dentistry by employing "cappers" or "steerers"; making it unlawful to do certain other things prohibited in this Act in connection with the practice of dentistry even though fraud is not used in connection therewith.
