Relating to amending a certain Article placing airplane carriers under the intangible assets laws of this State; providing mode and manner of collecting the intangible assets tax; placing the administration of said Act in the State Tax Board as provided in Chapter 4, Title 122, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, 1925.
