Relating to obtaining for and reserving to the State of Texas certain mineral royalties under and validating and quit-claiming title to 45.6 acres of land, more or less, bounded by the waters of Clear Creek, Clear Lake and Cut-Off Bayou, located at the southernmost tip of the Ritson-Morris Survey, situated in Harris County, Texas.
